24/12/2011 In Jerusalem this week, an Arab taxi driver wanted to take us to Bethlehem. We refused. He was even more surprised that, not only would we never go there, but we don't celebrate the pagan festival called "Christmas" , which might as well be called "Christless." We were also surprised to find that the Lord wasn't really a Jew, as we had always supposed.....Read more ...

September 22, 2011 In April of 2010 I wrote my e-newsletter on the new film titled, Whose Side Is God On? In its own promotion, it aimed at changing the end-time views of evangelicals and the theology that says the Jews are God's chosen people and that they have a Divine right to the land of Israel. The movie's spokesman, Porter Speakman, explains that there is a biblical alternative for Christians who want to love and support the people of Israel. He says that there is a theology that doesn't favor one people group over another. Instead, it promotes peace and reconciliation for both Jews and Palestinians unlike "Christian Zionism" that is outspoken in its favoritism toward all things Jewish, based on biblical verses.Read more ...

Christian Worldview Network A movie will be unveiled on April 5 that should get a prize for honesty in blasphemy. Unlike the emerging church celebrity authors and speakers who shuck and jive when asked direct questions about God, salvation, and truth, The Moses Code is produced by those who will tell you right out what they believe. What they do believe is breathtaking in its Satanic audacity. In the movie trailer, promoters of The Moses Code cheerfully announce that I AM is something all of us can say. Towards the end of the clip, one young man looks up and into the camera and tells viewers, "I am the way, the truth, and the life." The website says the following:Read more ...

Mon, 08/30/2010 - 14:04 Yesterday Monica and I spent a day at the Greenbelt Christian Arts festival, our first visit for some 20 years. It was interesting and challenging, but all for the wrong reasons. For me it vindicated my choice of subjects to write about, but for the 20,000 or so Christians - particularly the young and vulnerable - I fear for them, for the teaching and propaganda they received over the 4 day event. Firstly, propaganda. Greenbelt has decided to target Israel, a decision made around 3 years ago, and to highlight the plight of the Palestinians living in Gaza. That's fair enough, if a balanced view is given and their views are presented sensitively in Christian love. They decided instead to go all-out, all-guns-blazing, with a sustained attack on Israel through every way possible - talks, exhibition displays, visual aids even drama. The following little drama greeted everyone entering the field on Sunday morning for a communion service ...Read more ...

Further to our previous Rapid Lobbying Action we have now heard that the Ephesus Protestant Church at Seljuk has now been given the deadline of 14 October to remove not only the superstructure (providing shade and shelter) which contravenes building regulations, but also the parapet around the roof, the solar power panel and the air-conditioning unit. Thus, not only will the roof (a valuable extra room) be too hot and unsafe to use, but the whole building will be rendered unusable without power and air-conditioning. In view of these developments we have taken the unusual step of contacting you a second time to ask if you can write to your MP, MEP and the Turkish Ambassador. We were very grateful for your letters to the mayor. If you are able to write again please act as soon as you can in order in order to prevent the council taking its threatened action against the church.Read more ...

‚ © ‚  2005 ‚  WorldNetDaily.com To attract the largest followings possible and because they have bought the lie of the new tolerance, many of America's churches, Christian publishers and Christian radio stations " “ whether they know it or not " “ have rejected biblical Christianity and adopted the more popular but bogus gospel of Christian happy-talk. PowerToStand Ministries Misguided Missiology Several years ago YWAM proposed a new kind of pseudo-mission endeavor in which YWAM missionaries would allegedly preach Muslims the "gospel" and a supposed great harvest would result. The idea was that a Muslim who was persuaded to believe the gospel would be encouraged to make a profession, albeit privately to avoid persecution. This new "convert" was then informed that they could continue regular mosque attendance, bowing in prayer to Allah, and Quranic reading and still be considered born again. They would then be referred to as "Messianic Muslims" . Make no mistake, they were still Muslims but had claimed some level of "belief" in Jesus Christ. As long as when they continued their "cultural" expressions of worship to Allah but inside actually prayed to Jesus Christ, they were considered saved. Read more ...

Gospel Message via Tarot Cards A provocative way of presenting the gospel in New Spirituality festivals is via tarot cards. ‚  John Drane, Ross Clifford and Philip Johnson have developed this approach. ‚  Understandably, most Christians will baulk at the idea because tarot cards have occult connections. ‚   To properly argue why tarot cards could be used as a device for communicating the gospel would require a lengthy paper. ‚  A few basic points may be summarised, but readers should consult the literature listed below for more details. ‚  Many popular books by New Spirituality seekers and by Christian apologists on the subject of tarot present false historical data about their origins and purpose.
