A controversy is brewing over three reputable Christian organizations, which are based in North America, whose efforts have ousted the words "Father" and "Son" from new Bibles. Wycliffe Bible Translators, Summer Institute of Linguistics (SIL) and Frontiers are under fire for "producing Bibles that remove "Father," "Son" and "Son of God" because these terms are offensive to Muslims."

On May 4th, 2011 a "unity" agreement was signed in Cairo between Hamas and the ruling Fatah party. Hamas is an unrepentant terrorist organization, and is recognized as such by both the United States and the European Union. The Hamas charter not only calls for the violent destruction of Israel, but it advocates the murder of Jews wherever they might live.

An enormous mosque could be built next to the Olympics site in Newham, East London, if a radical Islamist sect wins their planning appeal this week. The Tablighi Jamaat sect has been using the site as a mosque without planning permission for four years. They want to build a mega-mosque on the site with a capacity for 12,000 people.Read more ...

Her appeal was thrown out and her execution sentence upheld. I gather the judicial process has now been exhausted. Political pressure now seems to be the only way of saving this Christian mom accused of blasphemy in Pakistan.

The Australia federal Labor government is pushing ahead with its proposal to ADD 'sexual orientation' and gender identity' as protected attributes to federal anti-discrimination laws.

A San Diego pastor and his wife have been told they cannot have a Bible study in their home. The couple says they were interrogated by a San Diego County official, then threatened with ever increasing fines if they refuse to stop the Bible study. (See news article here) Read more ...

The United Nations Human Rights Council spends a great deal of its time condemning Israel while ignoring real human rights abuses. Recently, the Council approved a resolution endorsing the one-sided, biased report of Judge Richard Goldstone and accusing Israel of "War Crimes." This resolution will now be considered by the U.N. Security Council. Please sign the petition at the end of this short video that will be sent to President Obama and the five permanent members of the U.N. Security Council urging them to veto this biased resolution.

This story in the L.A. Times is but one of many which report that if the Unites States had not vetoed a U.N. Security Council resolution condemning Israeli settlements in the West Bank that it would have passed unanimously.

Moriel (UK) supports the boycott of Tesco in response to their financial support of the London homosexual & lesbian parade. Retailers should not be taking sides in a culture war of moral values. Tesco has not responded to Judeo-Christian objections. There are alternative competitors who are just as price competitive for shopping as Tesco who are not so engaged.
