Moriel & Jacob Prasch seriously request prayer for Christian author and scripture expositor David Pawson in the UK who is battling an aggressive cancer that is diagnosed as inoperable.   We ask The Lord for intervention, guidance for David's physicians, and that neither pain, the effects of the disease, or any side effects of treatment will inhibit his capacity to serve The Lord and continue his preaching schedule. May The Lord strengthen him and not least of all may he and his wife bask in the peace of Jesus during this season of difficulty. Most of our doctrine, and all of our fundamental doctrine is congruous with the doctrinal positions of David, although the styles and approach certainly differ. We regard him as a much needed asset to The Body of Christ at this time.

Ntombi, one of Dave Royle's kids in South Africa is in hospital awaiting surgery as she has an intestinal blockage that cannot be shifted. Please pray all goes well   UPDATE:  "Ntombi's operation went well and she is now recuperating and hopes to return home soon."  

My little buddy Gabe who suffers from Asperger's syndrome is at Childrens Hospital in Cincinnati. He is very ill and has lost a lot of weight which is now affecting his heart and kidneys. Gabs is only 13 and comes from a good godly family.PLEASE PRAY FOR A MIRCLE! Keep the Hariju family in prayer as they go through this violent storm.

I’ve been enormously blessed by the Ministry of Moriel; particularly through the informative and insightful teaching of Jacob Prasch.
The reason why I am contacting you is that I am seeking wider prayer support for a friend of mine called Rob, who goes to St Matthews church in Dunedin, New Zealand.

Rob has cancer in his bowel; they can’t treat it due to inadequate blood supply in the region where it is located, so he’s on continuous chemotherapy to stop it from spreading to other areas and causing secondaries. His wife lost her first husband the same disease.

Rob and his wife are committed Christians and are lovely people; Rob is also a very gifted musician. Rob and his wife have been upheld a lot by prayer and encouragement at St Matthews, but I want to widen prayer support for them. It’s been a long haul and both have been through a lot.

I'm very hesitant in contacting any intercessory groups as I know some can very flakey.

I was wondering if you could suggest any people or groups who could pray for Rob, or pass this on yourselves for others to pray.

It would be good to pray for complete healing and not simply for the cancer to go into remission.

Please pray for Donna as she has not been able to shake her strep throat and flu can't seem to get well.   Please pray for Jeanna Rose one of our young children in the Philippines. She has a heart condition and surgery has been advised by her doctors but her unsaved father is concerned she may die. Please pray God will either open his heart to do what is right and to also do what is right for Jenna Rose.

It is with tremendous joy for her but sadness for David that we learned that our sister and friend Carole Hocking went home to be with Jesus after a long standing battle with a cruel blood disorder.   May David Hocking know the encouragement and assurance of the resurrection of Jesus during this season of bereavement secure in the certainty that such a temporary loss is but an interruption. Carole is not dead but asleep yet in the conscious presence of Jesus and will reign with Jesus on the earth for 1,000 years literally and physically before the greater blessings still of the New Jerusalerm.    We had the blessing and privilege of knowing Carole personally and we shall miss her until that coming wonderful day. She was a sweet, Christ loving lady who without complaint endured much agony related  to her illness but she is now perfected knowing only the inexpressible glories of being with Yeshua.    Jacob Prasch & Moriel request prayer for David Hocking at this time and may he know the condolences, love and fellowshjp of The Body of Christ as he awaits seeing his beloved Carole again.

Sister Ann Liwanag Sevilla, Pastor Paul's wife of the Garbage Dump children,  is rushed to the Clinic because of continues bleeding and she's losing her strength. The Doctor checked her condition through an Ultra sound. The Doctor advise her to undergo blood transfusion because her hemoglobin count is very low. After the blood transfusion she would have to undergo an operation and take his ovary out. Please pray for Alan's recovery and that the cancer has been eradicated by The Lord's grace.   Alan operates a blog and represents Moriel on a volunteer basis In Cyprus. Alan had  been a senior ranking fire fighter in Liverpool, England but took early retirement after objecting to firefighters being compelled to March in Homosexual parades and attend 'gay sensitivity' training during the era of  Tony Blaire's government, knowing that unless they unlikely repent which Romans chapter 1 states is unlikely once God 'gives the practitioners of such lifestyles over to it' , such persons whom Alan desired to see saved will be in a situation where all of the firefighters in Great Britain will not be able to extinguish the fires of eternal hell or rescue a single one of them.   After retirement Alan did not retire from ministry and helped organise Moriel day seminars etc. in North Wales before relocating Cyprus which is near Israel where he and wife frequently visit.   Your prayers for Alan and his family and his ministry as well as wisdom for his physicians are deeply valued.

Since May I have been doing open-air preaching/evangelism/witnessing on the weekend evenings.  I preach the word on street corners in Phoenix, Tempe, and Scottsdale, and give out Bibles to whoever wants one, and witness one-on-one.  On average I give out about 5 or 6 Bibles per day that I preach.  I just leave them in a stack nearby and let people know there are free Bibles and they pick them up if they are interested.  I get the Bibles at Goodwill, Savers, used book stores, and from my church.  I go out at night after the kids are in bed because I don't want to give up my time with my family during the day and early evening.  It's been a blessing to see people respond to the Gospel, take Bibles, even repent and believe right there on the street!  There is also lots of opposition both "on the field and off the field," so to speak.  Of course the enemy likes to mock, taunt, ridicule, attack anything that is of the Lord and His Word.     I'm writing to request prayer.  I'm usually out on Friday or Saturday evenings.  Your prayers for lost souls, for the furtherance of the Gospel, for protection from the enemy, for favor with the authorities, for words that are not mine - but God's, etc., are greatly greatly appreciated.  If you are in a prayer group or know a "prayer warrior" who would be willing to keep this in prayer, please pass the request along.  At times it's very difficult and discouraging but there is always hope and joy in it no matter how hard it seems, because I know the Lord is doing His work, and "...neither is he that planteth any thing, neither he that watereth; but God that giveth the increase."[1Co 3:7].   Thank you and God bless you.   Art

Update: Have just spoken to the hospital and at present they are concentrating on getting rid of all the excess fluid which has gone from the feet to the legs and into the stomach. They are doing a barrage of further tests.

David Wilkerson has passed away in a head-on collision in East Texas and his wife Gwen is in critical condition. Please pray for her and the family.

It is with profound regret that we are informed that Mary Gardener, the British victim murdered by Muslim terrorists yesterday in the explosion that injured dozens of people in Jerusalem, was an Evangelical Christian missionary to Togo in Africa. She was on academic furlough in Israel studying Hebrew for purposes related to her ministry. This was accompanied by rocket attacks on Ashdod and Rishon L'Tzion and the brutal murder of a Jewish family including including two small children and a baby by the Muslims in Samaria.

In the mercies of Jesus no one known to us was among the victims in the double barrel earthquakes in Christchurch (nor in Japan where we had a contingent of Moriel contacts).

As a serious matter of some urgency Moriel, Jacob Prasch & Pastor Marco Quintana who leads a Moriel affiliated congregation in California request prayer for the following situation involving a baby in the fellowship.

Christian couple Eunice and Owen Johns, who are opposed to homosexuality, have lost the first round of a battle to continue fostering children. Moriel & Jacob Prasch urge our readers globally to pray against this outrageous injustice perpetrated against Christians and against children by the wicked judges and politicians in The UK and to sign the petition.

Despite our personal sense of loss, Moriel & Jacob Prasch rejoice that our brother and father in The Lord Ernest Lloyd is now with His Messiah whom he loved and served faithfully for many decades.

The first is for my nephew Aiden Winn who is 2 1/2 years old and was diagnosed with a brain tumor last week.,   He has seizures sporadically and will be operated on next week Dec. 9 to remove the tumor to determine if it is aggressive or benign. ,   He is my brother's first born son and I would also pray for my brother Ryan and his wife Lindsay for strength and comfort as she is pregnant with their third child.,   Their second, Mason is fine and will be turning one on Saturday.,   Please pray for the doctors and all involved that no long term neurological damage will be sustained and Aiden will be healthy in recovery.,   He will have to relearn some motor skills and how to walk.,   Both Ryan and Lindsey are believers in Jesus and are raising their children as believers.Read more ...

Jacob Prasch returned from Jordan with a recurrent edema and increased blood pressure plus new (although not serious) changes in his EKG results. He has had a battery of blood chemistries and will be undergoing further medical tests and his medication dosages to control atrial fibrillation and hypertension have been increased. Prayer is requested.

There is no way for our family to thank you all for your prayers, cards, emails. etc. My special thanks to Pastor Chuck Smith for bringing the matter on Sunday before God's people. I will do my best to tell you all what I know. The day before David was to go to Ohio to speak at Vineyard Fellowship in Bradford, Ohio, he became seriously ill. It actually started on Wednesday, and he had to cancel his Radio Bible Class - something he rarely ever does. We went to the URGENT CARE up on Chapman Blvd. in Orange, CA, early on Thursday, as he was getting progressively worse. They took a few simple X-rays and gave him a Leviquin (not sure on the spelling!), a form of antibiotic and sent us home. As he was resting on Thursday afternoon, he went into violent "shaking" with serious "chills" and seemed to be losing his ability to know what was happening. Salvador Ung, one of Moriel's missionaires in South Africa, requests prayer for his Chinese grandmother who, at age 83, has moved to her home country of China after living in Portugal for many years in order to be a missionary. She has experienced unusual bleeding and been admitted to the hospital in Macau, awaiting test resutls.

Norbert is recovering from being hit in the side by a Lorry. He is resting but experiencing internal bleeding. Dave Royle was informed by security personnel that they believe Norbert was intentionally attacked by the same people who Norbert is taking to court for stealing the orphan's maize. We got to know Angel when Promise (her mum) starting coming to Ebyown for help in English, maths and general home skills. Sadly Promise had lost Angels dad to a shooting and was coming over to further her education. ‚   She came over from the informal settlement once a day and would bring little Angel. Angel would sleep, until she got old enough to sit and play while Promise had her lessons. Angel was always a vocal point when she came due to being such a quite, bright eyed little girl. Promise's mum, Patience, works at Ebyown in the house and laundry so a family friendship has been built up between us all.
