August 23, 2010 The Ground Zero Mosque controversy has many dimensions to it. For example there are political aspects involved, and of course religious tensions have emerged as well. The divide between left and right in this country has been exposed by it also. Finally, the rift between our own "ruling elite" and the rest of the country has been highlighted through this conflict.Read more ...

November 16, 2010 at 6:01 pm Did you know that the English-speaking world is in the midst of an Atheistic revival? It is fueled by a small but widely celebrated group of authors and thinkers who call themselves "the Brights", and who lecture, debate and write best-selling books which have a wide following among young college and University students.Read more ...

August 27, 2010 Glenn Beck is a great communicator, he is very bold, and is saying many true things that few have the courage to say. I would agree with much ,  of his critique of the progressive left and their systematic destruction of our institutions. I also happen to think that reviving the memory and legacy of the founding Fathers is timely.Read more ...

by Pastor Bill Randles Yesterday a young man quietly stepped out onto a wrestling mat in Iowa and defaulted an opening round match in a tournament that he was highly favored to win. In a prepared, brief and modestly worded statement, He explained that his action was an expression of His christian faith. Read more ...
This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.(2 Timothy 3:1-5)

Believers in Grace Ministries Keep not Thou silence O God; hold not thy peace, and be not still, O God. For lo, thine enemies make a tumult; and they that hate Thee have lifted up the head. They have taken crafty counsel against Thy people, and consulted against Thy hidden ones. They have said, Come let us cut them off from being a nation; that the name of Israel may no more be of remembrance. For they have consulted together with one consent; they are confederate against Thee: The tabernacles of Edom, and the Ishmaelites of Moab, and the Hagarenes; Gebal, and Ammon, and Amalek, the Philistines with the inhabitants of Tyre; Assur also is joined with them, they have helped the children of Lot"¦(Psalm 83:1-8)Read more ...

June 29,2010 Then the cows headed straight for the road to Beth Shemesh and went along the highway lowing as they went, and did not turn aside to the right or to the left, and the Lords of the Philistines went after them to the border of Beth Shemesh. Now the people of Beth Shemesh were reaping their wheat harvest in the valley, and they lifted up their eyes, and saw the ark and rejoiced to see it. (I Samuel 6:12-13)Read more ...

by Bill Randles Islam as a world religion didn't burst onto the world scene until the 7th century AD. But in the 14 plus centuries since, it has played a major role in world affairs, as a foil to the Judeo Christian world, and a scourge on India, the Levant, Persia, Southern Asia, much of Africa, the Caucasus, and even part of China.Read more ...
God as a P.O.W? By:,   Pastor Bill Randles
May 17, 2010 I believe that there is so much more to the so-called Bible stories than most Christians realize. Too often they are just relegated to children's Sunday school felt board stories, or attempts are made to derive morality lessons from them. Jesus and the apostles treated these stories in a far more serious vein "“ Adam, Eve, Lot and Noah were used to teach the Gospel and especially to reveal eschatology, which is the teaching on "the end".,   As Jesus said, "As in the days of Noah, so shall be the day of the coming of the son of man"¦" Read more ...
Nevertheless I have a few things against you, for you have there those who hold to the doctrine of Balaam, who taught Balak to put a stumbling block before the,  children of Israel, to eat things sacrificed to idols and to commit fornication"¦ (Rev 2:14)
Bible stories, as we noted earlier, are so much more than mere morality lessons. They preach the Gospel, reveal Christ and as we will point out in this instance, they contain eschatology.
I Samuel 5
The story of the capture of the Ark of God contains not only history, as we have seen, but also the Gospel and Eschatology. We pointed out in our last article that the future history of Israel was outlined in the double defeats by the Philistines and the loss of the Ark.

"But there was a certain man called Simon... claiming that he was someone great, to whom they all gave heed, from the least to the greatest, saying,"this man is the great power of God." And they heeded him because he had astonished them with his sorceries for a long time." Acts 8:9-11
Why do the heathen rage, and the people imagine a vain thing? The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, Let us break their bands asunder, and cast away their cords from us.(Psalm 2:1-2)
Blessed is the man that trusteth in the,  Lord, and whose hope the,  Lord,  is.,  For he shall be as a tree planted by the waters, and that spreadeth out her roots by the river, and shall not see when heat cometh, but her leaf shall be green; and shall not be careful in the year of drought, neither shall cease from yielding fruit.,  ,  The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?,  ,  I the,  Lord,  search the heart, I try the reins, even to give every man according to his ways, and according to the fruit of his doings.(Jeremiah 17:7-10)
